Class Descriptions

Step: A 60 minute dynamic step training workout. Aerobic bench stepping is a high intensity, low impact workout that will strengthen and tone your lower and upper body. (Intermediate to Advanced). 
Beginners Step:  A 30 minute class for the participate who has never done aerobics, or if you simple have not exercised in a while. We will teach you all the fundamentals. 
Abs, Hips, & Thighs: 

Perfect! A 30 minute body conditioning workout for those hard-to-tone areas. The abdominal, hips, and thighs. (Intermediate) 

 Lunchtime Express This time efficient workout gets you back to work in less than an hour.  Sculpting blended with Cardio completes this routine in 45 minutes! Still time to grab a salad!
Low Impact (LI):  Low in impact, and high on intensity and fun. An invigorating workout that is great for participants of all levels. Includes minimal floor work following aerobics. (60 minutes) (Intermediate to Advanced) 
LI/Sculpt: A mixture of low impact ( foot on the ground) combined with sculpting with light weights.  It's an "all in 1 hour" workout. (60 minutes) (Intermediate level) 
Body 2 Pump:  Get both weight training and cardiovascular training in one hour! Using loaded weight bars, this high intensity weight class pushes your muscles to their limit to cause the heart to pump into the Cardiovascular zone. INTENSE! 
Kickboxing:  A 60 minute high intensity cardiovascular and toning workout to strengthen your legs and upper body with basic "boxing" and "kickboxing" moves. This is a total body workout. Get ready to Work! (Advanced) 
Step/Sculpt:  Step aerobics combined with segments of muscle conditioning using hand weights. The perfect way to get a complete workout in an hour. (60 minutes) (Intermediate to Advanced) 
Body Sculpting:  A 60 minute muscle conditioning class for all, utilizing hand held weights, body bars, and Resist-a-balls. 
Ab Blast:  This 30 minute class places the focus solely on the abdominal area. The Resist-a-balls are used in this highly intense class to place an emphasis on body balance.
Yoga:  The fee for Yoga is $5.00 per sessiong. Yoga is for everyone, and is a critical part of fitness that is often neglected. This is a full mind/body experience. Lots of stretching, balance work, relaxation and mediation will fill the hour and fifteen-minute class. 
Pilates:  $5.00 per session. A combination of stretch and toning fulfilling the body with exhilaration! 
 Zumba:  Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba & merengue music this dance class incorporates international dance steps to create an exciting & effectiv workout.
Body Balance: 

This stretch class combines Dance, Yoga, and Pilates stretch. What a wonderful way to complere you workout day. Your body will feel completely invigorated. Anyone at any level will feel the benefit of this class.

 Boot Camp: Great way to start any day!  Burn lots of calories performing short intervals of drills.  Incorporates plyometric moves, short runs, core work, punching and much more.  Move at your own pace and get tremendous results.  (60 min - Intermediate to Advanced)
